Pep Boys addresses customer product preferences
Pep Boys, the nation’s leading automotive aftermarket retail and service chain, recently selected SPSS’ predictive analytics software to develop assortment planning models. With SPSS software, Pep Boys will create forecast models that predict future sales probability by part number and by store. As a result, each Pep Boys store will be able to better serve its customers by ensuring availability of the most popular products.
