Textbook Information for Instructors, Publishers, and Authors

SPSS Student Version™ software is bundled with many statistics and applied statistics textbooks. The SPSS Integrated Student Version (ISV) Program enables authors and publishers to include student versions of SPSS software in textbooks at a fraction of the standard version price. Publishers have the option to include datasets that correspond to textbook examples. Students save money and time with this unique package.

If you are an instructor interested in using a book already bundled with the ISV, or an author interested in bundling your book with the software, please send an e-mail to books@spss.com.

If you are an author interested in creating an SPSS-related text, the SPSS Academic Authors** program provides assistance every step of the way for SPSS-related publishing projects, including free software, complimentary upgrades, and technical support. To participate in the program, SPSS asks participating authors to complete the Author's Enrollment form.

The following publishers currently offer textbooks through the ISV Program. Please visit the publisher’s Web site to learn more. Note that some of the SPSS-related books listed on the publishers’ sites either have an option to be bundled with the ISV or do not include the ISV. Please confirm with the publisher that the textbook in which you’re interested includes SPSS student software.

**While the Academic Authors Program is rooted in scholastic writing, academic affiliation is not necessary, nor does the text have to be strictly for the academic world. All authors planning or working on SPSS-related texts are eligible to participate.
